Make Yourself At Home In Our Hotels

Staff are working hard to ensure a clean, comfortable stay

New sanitizing processes, contactless transactions and food-to-go options are now the standard across Renton hotel properties. Personal protective equipment is required attire for staff and guests so you can rest easy. Let an overnight stay in Renton be a comforting experience during this uncomfortable time.

Safety for all is the priority

Everyone’s participation will help make safety precautions successful in stopping the spread of the virus. You’ll find posted reminders to wear face coverings and maintain proper distance from others when you visit. Hotel staff are vigilant in reminding guests to follow safety protocols. Limitations on amenities are in place to keep the environment safe for all.

When booking a room, please check your hotel’s specific practices. For example, Larkspur Landing Renton allows one guest in the laundry room at a time and sanitizes the space between guests. Larkspur also limits the elevator to three people at once.

Cleaner than ever before

Housekeeping staff are the superheroes in a COVID-19 hotel operation. Their diligence to frequently sanitize and clean high-touch areas make hotels safer for all.

The Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle’s Southport and the Residence Inn Seattle South/Renton use electrostatic cleaning. In this process, a machine sprays an electronically charged sanitizing chemical. The spray’s particles kill viruses and bacteria on surfaces and hard-to-clean objects.

Like its national hotel family, the Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle/Renton uses the Hilton Clean Stay program to prepare an even cleaner setting for guests. After thoroughly cleaning the room, housekeeping staff use Lysol products on all handles, switches and electronic controls, bathroom surfaces and the remote control.

The Best Western Plus Renton Inn has implemented its national We Care Clean program. Wipes or sanitizing stations are available throughout the hotel. For the safety of guests and staff, daily housekeeping service is available by request. And if possible, cleaning staff will not enter guest rooms until 24 to 72 hours after check-out.

Contactless transactions provide more comfort and convenience

Behind their face coverings, hotel staff are still smiling and ready to provide the friendly service you’re used to during a hotel stay. You will notice some changes in the lobbies for your comfort and convenience.

For example, the Hyatt has contactless, digital check-in and check-out options in place. The Hyatt and Larkspur hotels have installed plastic shields at the front desk and other interaction-based areas for additional safety.

Dining options have changed

Hotel food and beverage services have noticeably changed in response to the pandemic. Self-service buffets are discontinued, with some dining rooms moving to a cafeteria model with staff members serving the food. Food packaged to go is available at many hotels.

The Hyatt changed its sit-down dining to a modified cafeteria to ensure sanitation and socially distanced environments. In another commitment to avoid personal interaction, the Hyatt allows guests to use their mobile phones to order food and beverages from its two full-service restaurants.

Hotels respond to the new needs of our community

People who used to travel for business are now going no further than their living rooms. Hotels are creatively addressing the new work environment by offering day rates or work-from-home packages. You can get a new perspective and perhaps be more productive when you “work from home” at a nearby hotel.

Consider a change of scenery and turn WFH into “work from hotel” with the free internet, clean setting and day rates at the Hampton Inn, Hyatt and Residence Inn.

Ready to welcome you

A hotel stay is part of the excitement and anticipation of travel. Canceled vacations were the norm this year, but you can still have the thrill of a night or two out of the house—book a staycation.

Pack a bag and treat yourself to a hotel stay close to home. Explore a Renton neighborhood you haven’t visited for a while, order takeout and relax in a room someone else cleaned for you. Taking young kids on a trip next year? Consider practicing hotel etiquette here with an easy overnight stay.

Make yourself at home at a Renton hotel. Staff are working hard to ensure a clean, comfortable stay and are ready when you are.
